Connect HubSpot to oriiion

oriiion is an AI social media marketing assistant. When you connect HubSpot, the products in your HubSpot product library become your oriiion catalogue, so sales and campaign posts are written from your real products, prices and images. The integration only reads from HubSpot and never changes anything there.
What the integration does
- Reads the products in your HubSpot product library: name, description, price, SKU, images and product URL.
- Adds them to your catalogue in oriiion, where you pick one or more products and oriiion writes posts about them.
- Keeps the catalogue up to date: products are read when you connect, every night, and whenever you click Sync now.
- Read-only: oriiion never creates, changes or deletes anything in your HubSpot account.
Requirements
- An oriiion account.
- A HubSpot account with at least one product in the product library.
- A HubSpot user who is allowed to install apps in that account, such as a Super Admin.
Connect HubSpot
- Sign in to oriiion and open Integrations in the menu.
- On the HubSpot card, click Connect HubSpot.
- Sign in to HubSpot if you are asked to, and choose the HubSpot account to connect.
- Review what oriiion asks to read and approve the connection.
- You are taken back to oriiion. Your products appear under Products within a minute, and the HubSpot card shows how many were read.
What is read
Each active product in the product library becomes one item in your catalogue:

Products without a name are skipped.
Permissions oriiion asks for
When you connect, HubSpot shows the permissions below. oriiion uses them only to read the data described on this page.
oauthidentifies your HubSpot account, so the connection belongs to the right account.crm.objects.products.readreads the products in your product library.marketing.campaigns.read(optional) reads your marketing campaigns, for accounts that have them. Connecting works without it.
Keeping your catalogue up to date
- oriiion reads your products again every night.
- Click Sync now on the HubSpot card under Integrations to read them straight away.
- A product you delete or archive in HubSpot is removed from your catalogue at the next sync.
- A product you have edited or hidden in oriiion is kept as you left it.
Disconnect or uninstall
In oriiion: open Integrations and click the disconnect button on the HubSpot card. oriiion's access to your HubSpot account is revoked at once.
In HubSpot: go to Settings, then Integrations, then Connected apps, and uninstall oriiion. oriiion stops reading from HubSpot and shows Reconnect on the HubSpot card.
Products already in your catalogue stay there after you disconnect. You can remove them under Products, or contact us to have them deleted.

oriiion stores the product data it reads, together with your account, to write and publish your posts. How we handle data is described in the documents below.
